Upon instruction, Energycert Plus will book a convenient appointment for our accredited Energy Assessor to carry out a site survey. The assessor will then run your data through our system and finalise the survey by providing you with an EPC and a recommendations report.

We can turnaround an instruction within 24 hours, providing access is provided to the property.
